FOUR SEASONS PRIVACY POLICY

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts take the issue of safeguarding the
privacy of our guests very seriously. We have created our Privacy Policy
in order to better familiarise you with the type of information we
collect from hotel guests, the way in which Four Seasons uses the
information to better serve your needs, and the steps we take to protect
the personal information we acquire. Maintaining the confidentiality of
personal information of our guests is a priority for us.

During your stay with us, certain information about you may be
collected by the resort. This information could include your name and
address, expenses billed to your villa, credit card details, guest comment
cards and other relevant information. Your information will be kept
confidential at all times, even after your stay with us is concluded. This
information is collected for several reasons: it helps us to provide you
with superior customer service. It also allows us to better understand
the needs and expectations of our guests. And finally, it helps us to keep
you informed about our promotion and other events which may be of
interest to you. It is our policy not to use any personal information of
our guests for any purpose other than for the effective operation of our
business as the managers of first class luxury hotels and residential
properties. We will never sell, rent or share guest lists or personal
information of guests with any third party.
