To take advantage of the resort facilities and the surrounding areas,
we have created a summary of activities from rice planting and yoga,
to visiting ancient temples and market tours. Our Concierge will be
happy to help you plan your preferred itinerary.

For your optimum comfort, please adjust the control buttons in your
villa to the preferred temperature.
Airline Tickets
Our Concierge will be happy to confirm onward flight arrangements or
assist with any airline enquiries you may have. For ticketing
reconfirmation and web check-in, kindly contact the Concierge at least
24 hours prior to departure.
Baby-sitting Service
Our Service Centre will be happy to arrange day-time, evening or
full-time baby-sitters for your children with advance notice at a
nominal charge.
Baggage Storage
For short or long-term storage of baggage and personal belongings,
contact our Concierge.
Bathrobe Purchase
Robes are available for purchase at our Boutique, located at Lan Sai

Boutique
The Boutique, located in the Lan Sai area, near the Lobby offers a
selection of assorted resort wear, handicrafts, and memorabilia.

Our Concierge, located at the Lobby, is pleased to assist with any
information or special arrangements. The Resort Management wishes to
advise that services and tours taken by guests are at the guests’ own risk
and that the Resort accepts no liability for such services provided by
third parties.
Courier Service
A worldwide courier service for domestic and international shipping is
available and can be arranged through our Concierge.
Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted at the Resort.
Currency Exchange
For daily rates, please check with our Guest Relations Officers.
Doctor and Dentist
Should you require professional medical care or dental treatment, our
Concierge will be pleased to assist you.
Do Not Disturb
If you wish to screen your telephone calls or prefer not to be disturbed,
please advise the Service Centre . You will find a Do Not Disturb sign
for your convenience on the outer doorknob in your pavilions and
residences. For Pool Villa residents there is a Do Not Disturb button on
your villa’s control panel.
Dress Code
To enhance your experience in the Resort we suggest smart casual wear
in all our outlets. Appropriate swimwear should be worn at the pool
area. When visiting religious shrines, knees and shoulders should be
covered and footwear must be removed before entering the venue.
Inappropriately dressed guests are often denied entry. As a mark of
respect to cultural and religious sentiments, please do not climb on a
Buddha image or take photographs at religious sites.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is offered twice-daily, including turndown in the
evening. To decline or request a specific time for villa make-up services
or additional requests, please contact our Service Centre.
Ice Service
Your ice bucket is filled twice daily; however, additional ice can be
provided at any time. Please request through our Service Centre. (Water
for making ice in the Resort is treated through ultra-violet filters).

In addition to the private facilities at Wara Cheewa Spa, we also have

protection and privacy, please ensure that your doors are secured

Smoking
Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas within the Resort
gardens and the outdoor deck of your villa, but is restricted within
indoor and air-conditioned areas.
Transportation
Chauffeur-driven vehicles are available for airport transfers, sightseeing
excursions and tours along with English-speaking guides. Maps and
suggested itineraries will be provided. For all your transportation needs
please contact the Concierge.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you
require a late check-out, please contact our Guest Relations Officers for
assistance at least one day in advance. Late check-out is subject to
availability and surcharge. Late departure guests may also choose to
enjoy the facilities and amenities available at the resort.
Climate
When compared to the rest of Thailand, Chiang Mai is considerably
cooler for most parts of the year. The average yearly temperature
typically varies between lows of 15°C / 59°F to highs of 36°C / 97°F.
The hottest months are March to May with average temperatures
ranging between 23°C / 74°F and 36°C / 97°F. From June to October,
we generally experience tropical rains with short spells of rain in the
afternoons and evenings. The short cool season follows the rain, with
January being the coolest month, averaging daily lows of around 15°C /
59°F. However, considering the tropical weather, please take precautions
against sunburns. Sunscreen lotion and skincare items are available at
Drinking Water
We recommend that you use the complimentary bottled water provided
for your convenience. Please avoid drinking water from the tap.
Electricity
The Resort operates on 220 volt power. Adapters and transformers are
available on request. Should you need assistance please contact our
Service Centre.

Facsimile
Our Concierge is pleased to assist with sending facsimiles. The Resort’s
receiving fax number is +66 (0) 53 298 190. Fax machines may also be
placed in your villa upon request.

Florist
The Resort Florist can provide custom floral arrangement for all
occasions. Please contact our Concierge for more information.
Golf
There are several world-class golf courses within close proximity to the
resort. Golfing gear can be rented at the course. Kindly let us know if
you are a lefthander so that we can check the availability of equipment
in advance. Our Concierge will be pleased to assist with the same.
Gym/fitness Studio
Located below Ratree Bar, the Technogym Fitness Studio facility is
open 24 hours a day. Personnel will be available from 6:00 am to 9:00
pm. State-of-the-art equipment from Techno gym includes
cardiovascular equipment, strength machines and free weights. Sporting
attire such as t-shirts, shorts, socks and shoes are available for use with

The contents of this section have been arranged alphabetically for easy
villa wardrobe. Items collected by 10:00 am will be returned before
6:0pm. One-hour pressing service as well as minor repairs and
alterations are also available upon request. Please contact our Service

Our function room is well-appointed to suit every occasion - from small

Messages / Voice Mail
The message light on your telephone will indicate that you have received
either a voice or text message. Press the Messages button on your phone
to retrieve.
Mosquitoes and Insects
Insect repellent spray and an electric mosquito pad are located in your
wardrobe. Please follow the instructions on the spray bottles carefully
for appropriate usage/application. For guests who are sensitive to
mosquitoes and insects, we suggest wearing long trousers, long sleeves
and socks after sundown.

Chiang Mai is well known as a centre for arts and culture in Thailand.
Local artists produce a variety of art and crafts, characterised by the
abundance of music, dance, celebration, ceremonies and festivals in the
region. Personally tailored tours to boutiques, galleries, handicraft centres,
other places of interest and cultural festivals / events can be arranged.

Created exclusively for your relaxation and well-being, Wara Cheewa

Golf, tennis, hiking, jogging and a variety of other on-and-off-property
sporting activities can be arranged through our Concierge.
Swimming Pool
The Resort’s infinity swimming pool is set amid rice paddies. The pool
is open daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please note there is no lifeguard
on duty. Our lower pool accommodates adults only. For your own
safety, please exercise caution while using the outdoor shower or
infinity pool during wet weather conditions.

Tennis
Tennis enthusiasts and beginners alike can take advantage of the two
floodlit artificial grass courts at the Resort. A hitting partner is
available to help guests improve their play. Rackets and other tennis

Tipping
Gratuities are not expected. A 10% service charge is applied to all prices
in the resort.
North by Four Seasons
Sparked by age-old grilling traditions, North by Four Seasons rekindles
the relationship between high-end produce and open flame.
The majority of the menu is cooked at the exquisitely ornate fire pit,
bold flavours compliment a variety of textures and tastes. Rustic
marinades elevate farm-to-table ingredients in a menu that's expertly
countered with smoky cocktails and flambeed desserts. Most of the
ingredients are sourced from local farms in Northern Thailand, making

Rim Tai Kitchen Cooking Academy
Set in a tropical garden, Rim Tai Kitchen is an elegant Lanna
teak-house styled open kitchen. Highlighted by a magnificent amber
glass chandelier suspended over the central dining table, this
inspirational space is the perfect venue to learn the subtleties of one of
the world’s most eclectic cuisines. Join the Cooking Academy, open
everyday, as our Chefs demonstrate the various techniques and
ingredients that make Thai food so compelling. Our chef instructors can
also share their expertise in western and wellness menus during these
interactive sessions. The Chef’s Table allows you to witness first-hand as
Chef decodes some classics while preparing an exclusive Thai meal just
for you.
Ratree Bar
Named after a variety of Jasmine, Ratree Bar has a casual Thai-style
ambience complete with creative cocktails and a delicious selection of
Thai and international snacks. Located on the upper deck of the main
swimming pool, relax with a book or a billiards game during the day,
and gather in the evening to watch the sunset.
Khao Bar
Sunsets are best experienced alfresco, overlooking verdant rice paddies
at Khao Bar. As the sun disappears behind the stunning peaks of the
Doi Suthep range in the distance, enjoy handcrafted beverages created
by Four Seasons Beverage Ambassador, Phillip Bischoff, served with a
